Google is all buckled up to launch Android one in Indian market by this October. Google is launching it in India first and then it will be launched in markets like India. Android one is a platform which will give an opportunity to develop high quality android phones in affordable price range and many companies like Miramax, Karbonn, Spice, Celkon and Intex have already started working to make this project a reality. The price of the android one cell phone will be around $100 or Rs.6000. this is an economical price range for a Smartphone and hence it is predicted that this phone is going to be a hit amongst millions of users in India itself.

What is Google offering!
Local partners along with Google are planning to spend more than 1 billion rupees for the advertising and marketing of android one. Google’s part of work is to provide reference hardware design and OS to the local partners to make this phone a reality in almost five billion pairs of hands around the world. The subsequent updates are also included in the package by Google. It is supposed to let OEMs initially many local apps as it is said to be a version of stock android.

Android one is supposed to feature almost everything which a Smartphone offers. It will have a display screen of 4.5 inches, an SD slot for that extra storage requirement, Dual Sim  and FM radio etc. These specifications make increases the looks and usability of this phone.
